HY580RTV coating is a solder joint protection material, with single component transparency, good fluidity, flame retardancy, solvent-free, anti pollution after curing, good coverage of solder joints, thin layer sealing, providing low stress protection coating for hard and soft printed circuit boards. This product meets environmental requirements and complies with EU ROHS and REACH environmental standards

Curing mechanism

HY580RTV coating belongs to moisture absorbing curing sealant. Once the colloid is opened, it absorbs moisture from the air and gradually solidifies from the surface to the deeper layers, becoming an elastic body. The higher the temperature and humidity, the faster the curing process; The curing speed is slow in low temperature and low humidity environments. Heating and humidification can also be used to improve online processing speed

The product can withstand freshwater, sewage, wastewater, calcium carbonate aqueous solution, cleaning agents, low acidity, corrosive aqueous solution, etc. for a long time, and can withstand mineral oil, vegetable oil, fat, fuel, etc. for a short time. It is not resistant to organic solvents, paint thinners, high concentrations of acid and alkali, etc
Usage
The joint surface should be free of oil stains, dust, impurities, etc;
Cut the glue nozzle into the required size and shape according to the process requirements;
Cut off the sealant seal, install the nozzle, and insert it into the glue gun;
Apply sealant evenly to the joint, with the thinnest part being greater than 1mm; When using a pneumatic gun, the air pressure should be controlled at 0.3~0.5Mpa;
After the product has dried, it can be repaired using traditional methods.
precautions
Avoid construction in environments below 5 ℃ and humidity below 20%
Pneumatic pressure must not exceed 0.5 Mpa. If exceeded, gas will enter the hard packaging tube and cause colloidal bubbles
When used in conjunction with polyurethane sealant, the polyurethane sealant must be cured before applying silicone sealant.

Storage method
