1、 Characteristics and Applications
Ruilangda silicone sealant is a type of single component room temperature cured silicone material with low viscosity, self leveling, and elastic properties after curing. Resistant to high and low temperatures, with excellent aging resistance, flexibility, insulation, moisture resistance, earthquake resistance, corona resistance, and leakage resistance. Suitable for encapsulation protection of small or thin electronic components, circuit boards, sensors, relays, etc. (encapsulation thickness less than 7mm).
HY592T: Dehydroximation type, transparent, and encapsulation of various electronic components.
HY592B: Encapsulation of electronic components such as oxime, black, and light-emitting diodes.
HY592W: Sealing of electronic components such as oxime free, white, and electrical modules.
HY582 : Alcohol free, transparent, non corrosive to materials such as polycarbonate (PC) and copper, and suitable for sealing various electronic components.
2、 Main technical indicators
nine hundred and one
Note: All mechanical and electrical properties were measured after curing at 25 ℃ and 55% humidity for 7 days.
3,、 Operation process
Clean the surface: Clean the surface of the sealed material to remove rust, dust, moisture, and oil stains.
Shi & nbsp; Glue: Unscrew the cap of the rubber hose, puncture the seal, and squeeze the glue onto the cleaned surface to allow it to flow naturally.
Solid & nbsp; HY592 absorbs moisture from the air, begins to solidify on the surface, and gradually solidifies towards deeper layers. The curing depth is 2-4mm within 24 hours (room temperature and 60% relative humidity). In summer, the temperature and humidity are high, and the curing process will be faster; In winter, the temperature is low and the humidity is low, resulting in slower curing.
4,、 Precautions
1. For sealing with a thickness exceeding 6mm, a two-component sealing adhesive should be selected.
2. Silicone rubber absorbs moisture and solidifies. Unused rubber should be sealed and stored.
3. Sealed storage in a cool and dry place, with a storage period of 9 months.
