Characteristics and Applications:
Two component, room temperature curing, adjustable hardness polyurethane material with good flowability, room temperature curing, and elastic rubber body after curing. Has high temperature resistance, hydrolysis stability, and excellent insulation performance. The sealed electrical components have multiple functions such as fixation, insulation, heat dissipation, explosion-proof, and confidentiality. Suitable for various casting, bonding, and sealing of electronic components such as high-voltage, high-frequency, humid and hot environments, as well as underwater instruments and meters. Flame retardant type can reach UL94 V-0 level.
HY981 polyurethane potting adhesive: used for potting various electronic components such as precision capacitors. High hardness after curing, it is a good material to replace epoxy resin! Vacuum defoaming and heating equipment are required.
HY982 polyurethane potting adhesive: low stress, earthquake resistant and pressure resistant, electrical performance, with few bubbles, used for potting and bonding of precision lightning arresters, various transformers, transformers, filters, control boards, igniters, etc.
HY983 polyurethane sealing adhesive: suitable for sealing various electronic products, with multiple functions such as environmental protection, moisture resistance, shock resistance, waterproofing, insulation, sealing and gas blocking.
HY984 polyurethane sealant: has excellent elasticity and toughness, can be repaired, and has electrical properties.

Tested after curing for 7 days at 25 ℃ and 50% relative humidity.
Operation process:
1. Clean the sealed area thoroughly, free of oil, water, and debris.
2. Weigh components A and B according to the ratio, put them into the mixing tank, stir thoroughly and mix evenly (do not mix air into the glue during stirring). It is better to vacuum and defoam for about 5 minutes, and the amount of glue should not exceed 1/2 of the container, otherwise the glue will overflow during defoaming.
3. Slowly pour the mixed adhesive into the device to be sealed. For winter construction operations, it is better to preheat both components A and B to around 15 ℃ if the ambient temperature is below 5 ℃.
4. The sealed workpiece should be cured at room temperature and allowed to dry before entering the next process. Complete curing takes 1-2 days. In summer, the temperature is high and the curing process will be faster; The temperature is low in winter, and the curing process may be slower.
matters needing attention:
♦ If there is precipitation or stratification of component A after prolonged storage, it should be stirred evenly before use; Component B is prone to crystallization at low temperatures and should be placed indoors at a higher temperature in advance to dissolve without affecting product performance.
♦ The mixed adhesive should be used up at once, and the unused components A and B should be sealed and stored separately.
♦ Sealed storage at low temperature (below 25 ℃) in a dry place, with a storage period of 12 months.
