Product Description:
HY423 is a single component modified SBS oil-based spray adhesive. The solvent evaporates at room temperature and solidifies to form a rubber elastomer, which is used for bonding rubber, leather, canvas, and porous absorbent materials.

Application scope:
HY423 is suitable for self-adhesive and adhesive bonding of interior materials for automobiles, buses, trains, vehicles, mechanical equipment, etc. It cures quickly and can achieve expected stress in a short period of time.
usage method:
  Preliminary preparation:
  The surface of the adhered object should be clean, dry, free of oil stains and dust. When using HY423, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃. The surface drying time for glue spraying in summer is 3-6 minutes, and in winter it is 6-12 minutes. The spraying station is arranged according to the surface drying time.
  Glue application:
  Clean and dry the surface to be bonded, spray glue into the spray gun, and evenly spray glue on both surfaces. The air pressure is controlled at 0.6~0.8MPa; Better spraying distance of 30-50cm; The thickness of the spray adhesive layer is about 0.75mm; The on-site test results shall prevail

Curing:
  After the coating dries according to the specified schedule, align the two bonding surfaces and bond them together. Use a pressure roller to roll the bonding area to ensure that the bonding surface is compacted and firmly adhered.
Cleaning:
Fill the thinner into the spray can and spray it several times with air pressure to clean the glue inside the spray gun.
Storage method:
  Store in a low temperature environment of 10-20 ℃, with higher temperatures not exceeding 25 ℃.
Safety and hygiene:
  HY423 product has no toxic effects and is the same as general chemicals. It cannot come into contact with food or food utensils. It is recommended to maintain sufficient ventilation in the work environment. In case of entering the eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with water. Store in a safe place, away from children.
