HY569 Toughened Structural Adhesive

It can be used for folding the inner and outer panels of car doors, the junction of the cab floor, the cab top cover, trunk lid, side panels, wheel covers, engine hood and other folding parts, playing a role in bonding, sealing, shock absorption, and rust prevention. This product meets environmental requirements and does not contain harmful substances in GB18583 "Limits of Hazardous Substances in Adhesives for Interior Decoration Materials". It complies with EU ROHS and REACH environmental standards and German automotive adhesive environmental standards

♦ No need for primer, it has excellent adhesion performance to most metals such as aluminum and painted steel plates.
♦ Excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, and superior tensile and compressive recovery.
Curing mechanism:
HY569 toughening structural adhesive is cured by heating. The higher the temperature, the faster the curing; The general heating temperature is 160-180 ℃, and the time is about 30 minutes. Customers can choose according to the actual operating process.
Application scope:
Suitable for folding the inner and outer panels of car doors, the junction of the cab floor, the cab top cover, trunk lid, side panels, wheel covers, engine hood and other folding parts, it plays a role in bonding, sealing, shock absorption, and rust prevention.
