Before use, the adhered surface must be cleaned with solvent to make it clean, dry, and free of dirt.
O can be directly extruded and used under the conditions of 15 ℃~35 ℃.
During construction, protective tape must be used to prevent sealant from contaminating the joint area.
Use a manual or pneumatic glue gun to inject glue evenly in the same direction along the seam. When using a pneumatic gun, the operating pressure should be adjusted to 0.2~0.4MPa to prevent the formation of bubbles during glue injection.
When the surface of the sealant has not yet peeled, use appropriate force to flatten the sealant onto the backing material and joint surface, and repair the sealant surface flat.
After the construction is completed, remove the protective tape. Do not use liquids such as water, soapy water, or alcohol to help level.
Restricting applications
This product is not suitable for the following situations:
All materials that may leak oil stains, plasticizers, or solvents
O An area that is sealed and isolated from air
O Underground water interface or areas subjected to excessive friction
precautions
For porous material surfaces, there is no need to apply primer to ensure good adhesion. For some material surfaces, primer is required to ensure good adhesion. It is recommended to conduct adhesion testing and refer to our company's technical data before starting work.
If accidentally entering the eyes, rinse immediately with water.
Do not come into prolonged contact with the skin and avoid contact with children.
Do not contaminate food, drugs, etc.
