1,、 Surface treatment of the floor
1. The newly completed floor must undergo certain maintenance before construction, which takes about 28 days.
2. Clean the surface of cement slurry, old paint, adhered garbage, debris, and oil stains. Remove accumulated water and thoroughly dry the damp area.
3. The surface cleaning needs to be done with a dust-free cleaning machine and a large vacuum cleaner.
4. A flat surface allows gaps of 2-2.5mm, with a moisture content of less than 6% and a pH value of 6-8.
5. The surface of the floor needs to be roughened with a dust-free polishing machine and thoroughly cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.
6. Apply epoxy putty to fill and scrape holes and obvious depressions on the surface of the floor. After drying, polish and vacuum.

2、 Coating and sealing primer
1. When treating clean and smooth concrete surfaces, apply a scraping or roller coating of epoxy sealing primer.
2. Epoxy sealing base material has strong permeability. Adding an appropriate amount of diluent to the base coating can penetrate into the interior of the base layer and enhance the adhesion between the coating and the base layer. The coating must be continuous without interruption, and the coating amount should be based on the surface being just saturated.
3. Local overspray can be repaired with a brush, and excess primer on the surface must be polished before the next construction process.
3,、 Scraping and scraping materials (approximately 1.0mm)
1. After practical application (at 25 ℃ for about 4 hours), the surface of the primer is coated with two batches of putty to ensure the wear resistance, pressure resistance, collision resistance, water, mineral oil, acid-base solution and other properties of the floor, and to adjust the flatness of the ground.
2. Use 100-200 mesh quartz sand and epoxy coating as the first layer of putty, which should be thoroughly mixed and leveled. This is mainly used to enhance the wear resistance and compression resistance of the ground.
3. Using 200‐ 270 grit quartz sand and epoxy intermediate coating, as the second layer of putty, should be thoroughly mixed and smoothed. This is mainly used to enhance the wear resistance and flatness of the ground.
4. Use a sand bag type dust-free rolling sanding machine to polish the second layer of putty and vacuum clean it.
5. After the two layers of putty have dried, if there are any rough surfaces or cracks, they should be repaired first, and then polished with a flat sanding machine to make them flat, and cleaned with a vacuum cleaner.
4,、 Coating on the floor (approximately 0.2mm)
1. On the surface of the putty after polishing and cleaning (20 ℃, 24 hours), apply epoxy floor paint to the intermediate layer. The coating method can be scraping or high-pressure airless spraying.
2. This process can make the ground more level, making it easier to detect any remaining defects and facilitate the leveling of the next layer of construction.
3. This also facilitates the arrangement of equipment installation by Party A.
5、 Painted floor surface layer (about 0.8mm)
1. After the intermediate layer is dry, apply the epoxy floor layer by scraping and rolling.
2. Before painting, the intermediate layer should be vacuumed with a vacuum cleaner.
3. If the first party has installed and debugged the equipment in the middle layer, resulting in the formation of new defects on the ground, they should use scraping materials to level, polish, vacuum, clean, and then apply the surface layer.
4. After complete curing (about 24 hours), spray clear varnish.
6,、 Construction precautions
1. The environmental temperature at the construction site should be above 5 ℃ and the relative humidity should be less than 85% before construction can begin.
2. The construction worker should keep actual records of the construction site, time, temperature, relative humidity, floor materials, etc. for future reference.
3. After coating application, relevant equipment and tools should be cleaned immediately.
4. After the floor is completed, it must be maintained for 15 days before entering the vehicle for use.
