usage method:
1. Surface treatment: Polish and roughen the aluminum surface to a depth of at least 1mm, and then clean it with HY113 cleaning agent or acetone. The aluminum surface to be repaired must be clean, free of water and oil stains< br />
2. Mixing: Weigh components A and B according to the specified weight ratio, mix thoroughly, and make the color completely consistent< br />
3. Coating: Use a glue knife to apply the pre mixed repair agent to the surface to be repaired. Apply a small amount first, press repeatedly with the glue knife, fully soak, and then apply the remaining repair agent, leaving enough space for processing< br />
4. Curing: After curing at room temperature for 12 hours, HY113 aluminum repair agent can be used for various mechanical processing. When the ambient temperature is below 15 ℃, the curing time can be appropriately extended. 80° Holding at ℃ for 3 hours can not only shorten the curing time, but also achieve better coating properties.
