Curing mechanism:
  HY421 is a modified CR material, and its curing mechanism is solvent evaporation and curing. Once the colloid is sprayed or opened, the solvent in the colloid evaporates and gradually solidifies from the surface to the deeper layers, becoming an elastomer. The higher the temperature and the lower the humidity, the faster the solvent evaporates and solidifies; The curing speed is slow in low temperature and high humidity environments.
Chemical resistant medium:
  The product can withstand freshwater, sewage, wastewater, calcium carbonate aqueous solution, cleaning agents, low acidity, corrosive aqueous solution, etc. for a long time, and can withstand mineral oil, vegetable oil, fat, fuel, etc. for a short time. It is not resistant to organic solvents, paint thinners, high concentrations of acid and alkali, etc.
Application scope:
  HY421 is suitable for self-adhesive and mutual bonding of interior materials for automobiles, buses, trains, vehicles, mechanical equipment, etc. It can also be used for bonding waterproof materials in buildings.
Usage:
  Preliminary preparation

  The surface of the adhered object should be clean, dry, free of oil stains and dust. When using HY421, the ambient temperature should not be lower than 15 ℃. The surface drying time of the glue solution in summer is 3-6 minutes, and in winter it is 6-12 minutes. The glue application station is arranged according to the surface drying time.
  Glue application

  Clean and dry the surface to be bonded, spray glue into the spray gun, and evenly spray glue on both surfaces (brush glue directly with a brush). The air pressure is controlled at 0.6~0.8MPa; Better spraying distance of 30-50cm; The thickness of the spray adhesive layer is about 0.75mm; The on-site test results shall prevail

Curing:
  After the coating dries according to the specified schedule, align the two bonding surfaces and bond them together. Use a pressure roller to roll the bonding area to ensure that the bonding surface is compacted and firmly adhered.
Cleaning:
  Fill the thinner into the spray can and spray it several times with air pressure to clean the glue inside the spray gun.
