Usage
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; Surface cleaning: To ensure good adhesion of structural sealant, the surface of the adhered material must be clean, dry, and free of dirt.
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; Cleaning process: A clean and lint free white cloth must be used, and solvents such as anhydrous ethanol, acetone, xylene, etc. can be used; Double cloth wiping method:
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 1. Wipe the adhered area with a clean, lint free white cloth soaked in solvent;
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 2. Immediately wipe the solvent off the surface with a second dry, clean, lint free white cloth before it evaporates;
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 3. The cleaned area must be constructed within 1 hour, otherwise it will be cleaned again;
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; 4. Open flames are strictly prohibited in areas where solvents are used, and good ventilation should be maintained.
& nbsp;& nbsp;& nbsp; Construction glue injection: During construction, in order to prevent the sealant from contaminating the surrounding area of the joint, protective tape must be used for protection. The construction environment should be above 10 ℃, and manual or pneumatic glue guns should be used to inject glue evenly in the same direction along the joint, and then repaired. After the construction is completed, remove the protective tape.
Limitations
R995 should not be used in the following situations:
All materials that may leak oil stains, plasticizers, and solvents
O vulcanized or semi vulcanized rubber;
The interface on the ground that bears the structural strength
O places subjected to excessive friction and physical damage
