2、 Analysis of the reasons why anaerobic adhesive does not solidify
1. Low ambient temperature: The curing speed of anaerobic adhesive is affected by the ambient temperature. If the temperature is too low, it will affect its curing speed.
2. Incomplete surface cleaning: If the surface to be bonded has oil stains, moisture, rust, or oxide layers (such as orchid treatment), these substances may hinder the contact between metal ions and anaerobic adhesive, thereby affecting its curing.
3. Excessive gap, inert metal: cannot completely isolate oxygen, no metal ions participate in the reaction, anaerobic adhesive will not solidify.
4. Expired anaerobic adhesive used: Expired anaerobic adhesive may cause incomplete curing of the adhesive.

1. Control the ambient temperature: Ensure that the ambient temperature is within the appropriate curing range of the anaerobic adhesive.
2. Clean the surface to be bonded: Use a cleaning agent and a frosted cloth to clean and scrub the bonding surface to eliminate grease and stains, and ensure that the surface is dry.
3. Excessive gap and inert metal: Spray anaerobic adhesive promoter on the adhesive surface.
4. Check the expiration date of anaerobic adhesive: Ensure that the anaerobic adhesive used is within its expiration date.
4,、 Customer on-site solution
Customer feedback, purchasing Jia Gu® Anaerobic adhesive, which did not solidify after one week of application, requires technical personnel to provide on-site service. Our technical personnel conducted on-site inspections and experiments as follows:
1. Use Jia Gu® Anaerobic adhesive is used to fix M10 ordinary carbon steel bolts and nuts. After 20 minutes of positioning and curing, there is no problem with the adhesive.
2. Check the material of the uncured bolts and nuts. The bolts are treated with flange and the nuts are silver plated, all of which are inert metal workpieces, as shown in the following figure. The reason for non solidification is that it does not contain active metal ions.
